Orders and Delivery

ORDERS & DELIVERY

  • Orders are processed within 3-4 working days
  • Kindly allow allow for up to 6 working days for orders delivered in South Africa to reach you
  • Once your order has been mailed, we will send you the tracking details via email
  • Delivery time may vary depending on the chosen shipping method however we will do our utmost to get your order to you as soon as possible so that you can get crafting in no time.
  • Allow up to 5-6 working days for orders delivered in South Africa to reach you
  • Paper Aeroplane does not insure your goods for loss or damage while being shipped to you. If a product arrives damaged, or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the courier. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. We will however provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim
  • Please enter your shipping address correctly as once your order is dispatched, we can not alter the address. If your address is incorrect you will be charged the return to Paper Aeroplane as well as the resend postage rates. Invalid contact details will delay deliver times

Courier delivery

We use UAfrica to ship our parcels and there is a flat rate of R100 per order. Free shipping on orders over R800 and if you are based in the Kloof/ Hillcrest area, Durban.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY To Main Centers by 17h00 following business day (after order has been shipped). Outlying areas may take up to 72 hours. It is not possible to deliver to a P.O Box.

RETURNS

Regretfully, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival. If you do have any issues with the product, please do contact us via email hello@paperaeroplane.co.za within 24 hours of receiving the package and we will do our best to assist you. Paper Aeroplane strives to provide our customers with quality products and service and we want to do all we can to keep our customers happy customer. Each order is carefully packed before dispatch to ensure you are getting a quality product.

Should a delivery arrive damaged by our courier,  do not sign for the goods or accept them.
The courier will return the goods to us for replacement by return mail. Please inform us that you have done this with an email to hello@paperaeroplane.co.za

Paper Aeroplane will gladly arrange replacement, exchange or a refund for goods that are supplied in a faulty condition or incorrectly supplied.
We will only do this within the five (5) business days after you received your order.
We will need a digital photograph of the faulty product sent by email along with your purchase order number.
We reserve the right to refuse a return of any product that does not deem itself faulty or damaged.
